Agenda for  day One.

A sample first day covering knee and shoulder. Your agenda is built around the joints and procedures you select, so your day may look different.

Orientation, machine setup, probe handling and image optimization
Knee scanning protocols: anterior, medial, lateral and posterior structures, plus dynamic assessment of effusions and meniscal movement
Shoulder scanning protocols: anterior, lateral, superior and posterior structures, plus dynamic testing for impingement and biceps subluxation
Guided needle technique explanation and phantom practice
Afternoon: continued hands-on scanning, or one to two ultrasound-guided knee or shoulder injections

Agenda for  day Two.

A sample second day covering hip and elbow. If no guided procedures are scheduled on day one, the full first day goes to diagnostic scanning and procedures move here.

Elbow scanning protocols: anterior, medial, lateral and posterior structures, plus dynamic testing of the ulnar nerve
Hip scanning protocols: anterior, lateral and posterior structures, plus dynamic assessment of the labrum and trochanteric impingement
Guided needle technique explanation and phantom practice
Afternoon: two to three guided injections, a full day of procedures if patient volume allows, or extended scanning if none are scheduled
Final case discussions, feedback and certificate

Modules

Ultrasound Physics and Optimization
Probe selection, frequency optimization, Doppler use, anisotropy management and ergonomics for MSK imaging.
Standardized Scanning Protocols
Step-by-step reproducible protocols for the joints you select, dynamic assessment, contralateral comparison and common diagnostic pitfalls.
Pathology Recognition
Tendinopathy, tears, bursitis, effusions, synovitis, calcifications, enthesopathy and degenerative changes.
Ultrasound-Guided Needle Techniques
In-plane and out-of-plane guidance, intra-articular, bursal, tendon and ligament injections, nerve blocks, safe needle trajectories and image optimization for needle visualization.

Who it is for

MSK, regenerative, orthopedic and sports medicine providers adding diagnosticscanning and ultrasound-guided injections to their practice.
